If you are starting up a new division and need to appoint at senior level then Retained Search is probably the most discrete and most productive way to appoint.

G2 Search undertakes search activity by charging an initial upfront fee to allow us to dedicate exclusive resource as part of an overall mandate to procure the professional being sought. This fee covers our operating expenses and the extensive mapping search exercise that is required at this level. Following first line interviews with suitable candidates we will present a short list of recommended candidates. At this stage we would arrange formal interviews at the clients' offices. Upon completion of the opportunity, we would then invoice you with the balance of fees due.
We can extend and improve this facility by combining our search activity with selection advertising. We manage the entire process, presenting the client with a comprehensive shortlist of superior candidates.
